Overcome Workplace Stress That Are Hidden
Stress and depression is something that very often we feel. We need to do a stress management that can cope with both, so we can have a mental health. There are two factors that affect to someone and make it a source of stress and depression. The first factor is real factors that the level can be stress, such as job demands, the deadline that push you every time, and superiors who ceaselessly ask more. The second factor is not visible and hidden things that cause negative feelings and experiences in the workplace and cause excessive fatigue in the workplace.
Some of the factors that contribute to the stress level are not always apparent clearly, such as colleagues or managers, or hill work that is not resolved at the table. However, these elements also increase the stress level you are;
1. Have a problem or bring work to the house and allow it affect to your personal life. You may be difficult to restrict the work and your personal life at home. When work started busy, professional life and the work usually start affects to your personal life. You must try to balance both of them and try to divide the life of your professional and your personal life. Emphasize that the problems do not work when you are brought into the home and with family.
2. Do not have time for the holiday and continue to work while on holiday. If you can not really escape the work, you will not be able to truly relax and benefit from relaxation. If the company are going to have trouble and a reduction in employees, then you have to work extra hard, and the company will not allow you to get vacation. These hidden things will become a source of stress and depression because of your psychological exhaustion. You need a vacation and relaxation to stress reduction and rest your mind and soul to obtain the new energy to face new problems that will come again.
3. Competition between colleague and gossips. This can be a challenge to achieve goals and deadlines that the work you are doing. However, if you are in a work environment full of competition, you must also be cautious of your colleagues. If you are the target of gossip circulating at the office, or are in a seizure of power, you will be stress. You need to try to manage this competition and gossip well so you will be comfortable in your work environment.
4. Feeling not to be considered. Most workers do not feel important by their work environment. Of course, compensation and facilities is a appreciation of your work. But there is something more important to you that are recognition of self from the environment you work. Even though someone with a high salary, that will not ward the stress that are coming from this source. When you become a person who is aliened in your workplace, you will become a stress and depression. Look for friends and coalition in your work environment, so you get a psychological support that will reduce your stress level.
